Brian Selmes is the Director of Trexum and a highly respected safety leader with more than 28 years of experience across major Australian organisations, including BHP, Thiess, Snowy Hydro, and Icon Water. He plays a pivotal role in leading Actrua’s Switch On to Safety program - an award-winning cultural change initiative that has transformed safety engagement across frontline and leadership teams.
Brian’s ability to connect with people at all levels of an organisation has been central to the program’s success, helping teams not just comply with safety but truly own it.
Renowned for his down-to-earth style and deep operational knowledge, Brian has coached senior executives, shaped safety strategies for complex infrastructure projects, and facilitated culture programs that deliver long-term behavioural change every day.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days prior to the event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
