Join this fully subsidised, practical beginner-friendly course to discover how AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT can support everyday tasks while learning how to use them safely, responsibly and effectively.

What you’ll learn

In this 4-hour fully subsidised, hands-on session you'll learn:

• What AI is and how it works

• How AI is being used in everyday life and regional workplaces including agriculture, small business, education, health, government and community services

• How to use tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot

• Simple prompting techniques to get better results

• How to identify and manage privacy, cybersecurity, bias and misinformation risks

• Practical ways AI could support your work, business or community

A laptop or other internet-enabled device that you can use to access online resources and participate in the course activities.
