Foundation Intensive ONLINE (January 2026 Weekday)

This Foundation Intensive meets ONLINE! Wednesday, January 7th from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM EST and Thursday, January 8th from 11:00 AM-5 PM EST. 

Our EF Foundation is a two day online experience that presents five modules (Mission, Authenticity, Integrity, Obedience and Vows) in a structured process. Through large group content presentation, personal reflection time, and small group sharing, you will begin to uncover how your childhood experiences are connected to the meanings you make about the world and the ways you show up in relationships. A workbook provides content summaries and reflection prompts.

Sensitive subjects may be discussed in small group.  Please plan to participate for the full duration of this event, as the sessions are cumulative.  You will meet with the same small group each session, and consistent attention is important to the process!
