Event description

BREATH, BODY & QI - A four week journey into internal alchemy

This course explores the core principles of Taoist internal energy work through breath, movement and awareness. You'll learn practices that support vitality, calm and inner strength.

This immersive course is an introduction to the internal energy arts of Taoist Neigong - a system of breath, awareness and gentle movement that builds vitality and reconnects you to your body’s deeper intelligence.

The practices draw on decades of experience and are rooted in classical internal cultivation traditions. They blend insights from Taoist Neigong, organ-focused medical Qigong and internal Tai Chi from the Cheng Man Ching lineage. What unites these teachings is a focus on cultivating clarity, balance and embodied presence.

Each 90 minute session includes guided breathwork, standing or seated practices and energy awareness exercises designed to activate the body’s main energy channels, nourish the organs and cultivate balance from within.

You’ll be guided through a clear progression over the four weeks:

Week 1: The Breath of Life - Longevity Breathing & Organ Awakening

Week 2: From Outer to Inner - Developing Whole-Body Awareness

Week 3: From Inner to Outer - Activating Energy Channels

Week 4: Embodied Alchemy - Integration & Expression

This course is suitable for all levels. Whether you're completely new to energy work or already on a movement or meditation path, you'll find practices you can take into daily life.

Each session concludes in a Tea Ceremony.
