Niamh (pronounced Neve) is an independent consultant supporting workplaces to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing digital ecosystem. She facilitates executive decision making & prioritisation of digital investments, designing operating models and offering both team & individual coaching to create Agile, Inclusive Workplaces.
She believes in strengths based leadership, with diversity for balance and candour to bring the best out in teams.
