Rho Sigma Chapter grants the Vendor access to display and sell their merchandise at the Rho Sigma Chapter Founders’ Day Luncheon on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Premier Events Center located at 20400 S. Nunnely Rd., Clinton Township, Michigan. By purchasing this vendor space, the Vendor hereby agrees to adhere to the following rules and restrictions for the aforementioned event. 1. The Vendor shall pay to the Rho Sigma chapter upon execution of the Agreement a vendor fee of $75.00 (paid via Humantix) no later than Monday, November 3, 2025. 2. Rho Sigma will supply Vendor with one (1) table, additional tables and electricity subject to space and availability. 3. Vendor shall be responsible for the setup and teardown of their merchandise and displays in their assigned area. 4. Vendor shall not sublet their assigned vendor space. 5. It is expressly understood and agreed by the Vendor that Rho Sigma Chapter, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., its officers, members, sponsors, or agents shall not be liable for loss or damage the goods or properties of Vendors. 6. It is understood and agreed that this agreement may not be transferred or assigned by the Vendor without the written consent of Rho Sigma Chapter. 7. Rho Sigma reserves the right to decline a vendor application. If the application is declined, the fee will be refunded fully. If the vendor violates the requirements of the agreement, the fee will not be refunded. 8. Rho Sigma Chapter reserves the right to cancel this Vendor Agreement upon failure of Vendor to comply with any condition of said agreement, but cancellation shall not relieve Vendor of obligation to pay the Vendor Fee as provided for herein. 9. All items are subject to inspection by Rho Sigma Chapter under the guidelines of its parent company licensing requirements.
