When COVID crept into the world’s consciousness in early 2020, Stagekings were creating and building some of the largest custom stages and event structures in Australia. Business was booming. But on Friday 13th March 2020, large social gatherings in Australia were stopped and the Flemings had to think fast and creatively. Or face the alternative of potential bankruptcy.
Almost overnight and running high on adrenaline, they came up with IsoKing furniture. It’s designed for the thousands of people who had to set up their offices and begin a new way of life – working from home. We speak to Jeremy Fleming about how this all really happened. How did he embrace so many rapid decisions, pivot Stagekings and reinvent a business?

Just five years ago – which now seems so long ago, husband and wife team Jeremy and Tabitha Fleming started the business StageKings. Jeremy had a background in staging and events and Tabitha had worked in sales and marketing for music.
