**Four Great Fires** is a men’s work group that meets in-person 4 times per year in either one day or two day retreat formats, usually around the time of the Equinoxes and Solstices.

Grounded in nature we hold a simple, unpretentious space for men to connect and share depth and authenticity in fire-side circles and across a range of activities designed to boost and balance energy and vitality.

Since its inception over 2 years ago the events have become a powerful network of reference points helping anchor us in the rhythm of nature and greater integrity to our life goals.

Each event is facilitated by Sam Dickson (qualified counsellor, kinesiologist, meditation guide, 5E practitioner) and Jimmy Wheale. To extend the support offered by the group we are starting to trial monthly Zoom meetings as well as Father:Son retreats.

**Who’s it for?** Men of any age and background interested in better supporting themselves and others to develop as men.
