Save The Kimberley From Fracking Event
Victoria Hall
fremantle, australia
Event description
The Kimberley is at a crossroad, will it continue to be a global nature and culture stronghold, or will it be turned into oil and gas fracking fields?
“The Kimberley’s Canning Basin is being compared to the Eagle Ford gas basin in the US. The Eagle Ford had no oil and gas wells in 2008, now it has 27,000. We can’t let this happen to the Kimberley.” – Martin Pritchard, Environs Kimberley.
