Fred's Place Grand Opening

Join us for the opening of Fred’s Place – a new community space built on connection, kindfulness, and belonging. Named in honour of Fred, whose generosity continues to inspire, the venue will host programs and gatherings that matter.

We’re kicking things off with Salsa for Seniors — an uplifting, inclusive dance session for older community members of all mobility levels. Enjoy music, movement, and friendship while boosting physical, mental, and social wellbeing. Every body deserves the magic of movement — and a reason to smile.
