FREE CPR & AED TRAINING – METHVEN
This October, St John is offering a FREE 3 Steps for Life CPR and AED session as part of Shocktober.
With new defibrillators (AEDs) now available in Methven, this is a great opportunity for our community to learn how to use them and feel more confident if someone has a cardiac arrest.
The session will cover the 3 important steps:

❤️ Starting CPR
⚡ Using an AED (defibrillator)
You never know when you might need these skills to help a family member, friend, neighbour or someone in our community. A few minutes of learning could help save a life.
