Free Beginner Floorwork Class!

No dance experience? No problem! This free beginner-friendly floorwork class, hosted by Min—the 2025 MX Pole competitor and Floorwork Queen—is all about having fun and embracing your body, no matter your skill level.

Whether you've never danced a day in your life or just want to try something new, this class is perfect for you! Min will guide you through the basics of floorwork in a supportive, no-pressure environment. No experience required, just bring your confidence and a desire to move!

What to Bring:

• Leggings/Joggers (Comfortable and flexible for floor moves – please only wear shorts if you have knee pads, you'll thank us later!)

• Knee Pads (Highly recommended if you have sensitive knees. A few spare pairs will be available, but they're limited!)

• Pole Heels (Optional, but if you have them, bring them along!)

• Water Bottle and Towel (Stay refreshed!)

• Yoga Mat (Optional for a warm-up, but bring one if you'd like!)

This class is all about confidence, fun, and empowering your movement—so wear what makes you feel sexy and fierce! Min will help you learn how to flow with ease and grace, and you'll leave feeling like a floorwork queen yourself.
