How to Book Your Session

To secure your appointment, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the booking link:
   https://book.service.nsw.gov.au/services/business-bureau/landing/csr

2. Read the Privacy Declaration and tick the box before clicking Continue.
   

3. Fill in your Personal Details

   • Important: Enter 2151 as the postcode so that Western Sydney Startup Hub appears first as the location.
     

4. Click Continue and select I don’t need an interpreter.
   

5. Choose Western Sydney Startup Hub and click View booking times.

6. Select a session time that suits you

   • Appointment availability is shown up to 3 months in advance (currently available through 8 Sep).
     

7. Enter your business details and click Continue.
   

8. Review your details on the Review and Submit page.

   • You may opt in for SMS notifications (optional).

   • Tick the Declaration box (required).
     

9. Click Confirm booking.
   

Once completed, your session will be confirmed and you will receive an email confirmation.
