Looking for a gentle way to move, relax, and improve your well-being? Join our FREE Seated Tai Chi Sessions in a cool, air-conditioned space—no experience needed!

📺 We'll be following along to a pre-recorded seated Tai Chi instruction video with slow, flowing movements that are easy on the body. Simply take a seat, relax, and move at your own pace.
