    Event description

Asana Breathwork will be doing this free community event as we truly believe in the healing power of these three modalities: meditation, connection and breathwork.

I honestly believe these simple practices done in community and with authenticity are the antidote of many diseases of the body and the mind caused by todays society way of living. We are wired for connections, we crave and long for genuine connections and unfortunately most of us are starving for it.

We live so disconnected from our bodies, emotions, nature and one another. These practices will give you the opportunity for you to turn your most precious asset, your attention, inwards and to the present moment so you have the opportunity to form a genuine connection with yourself and others.

You see, society nowadays gives you every incentive to hide yourself behind masks, even rewards you for it, here we will invite you to drop the masks, be the real you, allow yourself to feel and connect!

Put your masks and guards down, let the love and great vibes in and come along this Sunday 17th November 2024 at South Perth Foreshore from 8am to 9am.

We can’t wait to connect with you & co-create some amazing memories.

    Please note:
