Join us for a 1.5-hour journey through meditation, connection exercises, and breathwork—simple practices that can profoundly shift your state, especially when shared in community.

💛 After the session, stay for some bean bag toss, casual hangs, chats, or even a bit more dancing under the stars. No rush, just connection.
