There is nothing more healing than community.
As the sun sets and twilight paints the sky, we’re gathering to reconnect—with ourselves, with one another, and with the present moment.

Join us for a 1.5-hour journey through meditation, connection exercises, and breathwork—simple practices that can profoundly shift your state, especially when shared in community.

✨ What to expect:
– Glow-in-the-dark sticks & body paint
– Dance moments (yes, definitely dancing!)
– Meditation & grounding
– Heart-opening connection practices
– Breathwork to help release, regulate & renew
– Space to be yourself, masks off, heart open

We’re living in times where anxiety, stress, and disconnection are all too common.
This is more than an event—it’s a reminder that you’re not alone.
Sometimes, the medicine we need is fresh air, a safe space to be real, and good people to be real with.

💛 After the session, stay for some bean bag toss, casual hangs, chats, or even a bit more dancing under the stars. No rush, just connection.
