Welcome to September's Free Community Beach Sound Healing and Meditation at Sunset.

Let's get together as a community and create a magical vortex of gratitude for this beautiful place we call home.

As it may be still a little cool at sunset please bring;

• yoga mat or chair

• blanket

• comfortable clothes

• water bottle

• journal if you like

Often during this special monthly event participants experience some beautiful activations.

In August

• we had whales and dolphins just swim by seen by a participant sitting up

• a rainbow out to sea during the entire sound healing and meditation

• beautiful connections and conversations between all of us as we came together as a community to experience gratitude, a high vibrational energy, which was sent out into the world with love!

You never know what magic may unfold as we sit together.
