Free Community Workshop for First Home Buyers π Patchywollock
Event description
Ok, guys, let's get this straight. Many of our clients who are now in their own homes came to us thinking that they could never own their first home or that it was too late. Weβre here to tell you, if thatβs youβdonβt worry. If youβve ever thought that getting your first home is out of reach, are unsure how to make it happen, or are scared of needing a big fat depositβthen this workshop is for you.
Alan Heenan, the founder of Bayside Finance and Property, has helped so many people get into their first homes and wears his heart on his sleeve, wanting to make sure all the battlers out there get a chance. And this year, his team is dragging him out of his office into the community to do a speaking tour across different communities, including rural and regional areas, to reach people who have had these struggles. Whether youβre a single mum, a tradie, a community worker, or someone who has not had the right support, Alan is doing this for you!
During this workshop, he will walk you through the process of buying your first homeβno jargon, no overwhelm, just practical advice you can actually use. This is not one of those cheesy sales workshops you might see going around; there is no secret ten-step process or something you need to sign up to afterward. This workshop will have you completing activities that make sense to your situation, and you will walk away with the start ofΒ some clear steps on how to get there.Β
If you want proof that Alan and his team at Bayside Finance and Property are the real deal, just check out some of their reviewsβyouβll see how he and his team work with the battlers in mind! And if it helps to get you in the room, we'll even make sure some local pizza is on the table so we can get work done while eating some yummy local grub! Bring your mates, and if youβve got little tackers you have toΒ bring along, donβt worryβbring them tooΒ (our team have their working with children checks).Β
Once you register, Natalie, Alan's sidekick, will reach out to introduce herself, ask if thereβs anything you need to engage comfortably in the workshop, and find out what you are wanting to get from the workshop. Weβll use this information to designΒ the workshop to make sureΒ walk away with something really helpful. This is not a sales call.Β
