Meet Our Speaker: Adrian Pattra-McLean
Some Educators click, and others clash! Working in teams can be hard. Educators work and communicate in very different ways. Learning how to identify and understand different working styles based on common characteristics is a fundamental component of creating high-performing and harmonious teams.
Not everyone in the world communicates and reacts to their environment in the same way. Some of us enjoy basking in the glow of the limelight, while others are very uncomfortable with public displays of praise. Understanding different personality styles is not about changing other people; it’s about changing the way we operate in order to create an environment where others can thrive.
In this workshop you’ll gain insights into 'The Four Common Personality Styles of Educators' & develop your individualised Educator personality profile. We’ll explore strategies to work with Amiable, Driver, Analytical and Expressive Educators. These strategies will help you build strong relationships, reduce conflict and help you bring out the best in each other.
