Meet Our Speaker: Sandi Phoenix
Are you tired of outdated behaviour management strategies that don’t serve you or the children in your care? It’s time to shift the focus from control to connection. In this thought-provoking course, Sandi Phoenix Founder & Director of Phoenix Support for Educators will introduce three powerful tools that will transform the way you understand and support children’s behaviour.
About Sandi Phoenix: Sandi Phoenix has devoted her career to blending psychological science with education to enhance the wellbeing of children and educators. Starting as an educator in 1998, she has since taken on roles in mentoring, coaching, teaching, and speaking, always with a strengths-based approach and a deep understanding of the National Quality Framework. She created The Phoenix Cups framework, now used nationally and internationally, which brings psychology, philosophy, and neuroscience into education. Through her keynotes and workshops, Sandi inspires educators with practical insights that foster inclusion, strengthen practice, and improve outcomes for children.
