Join us for a morning of Mindfulness and Movement with yoga and clay: Connecting mind, body and environment.

This FREE community engagement event supports connection and mind-body strength for the young and young at heart.

We will be fostering partner activities with you and your children while exploring tools to support mental and physical health and wellness. One breath at a time.

We’ll start with a gentle, playful, all abilities yoga class and transition into some Mindful Art, supporting creative expression, connection of mind-body and environment and deeper exploration of our senses. 

Suitable for ages 0 – 109. 

  • Strictly limited spots. 
  • Registration is essential!

This is a public event open to the whole community.
This event was funded by the Western Australian Association for Mental Health as part of Mental Health Week 2022 and is supported by Act Belong Commit and the City of Fremantle
