Event description

Join us for Free First Friday! For the first Friday of each month there will be a Free Activity. If you've always wanted to try a class with us this is the perfect opportunity! RSVP is required, 16 seats available. 

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music, such as from a sound bowl or gongs. Sound bowls create an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help participants relax and release stress, worries, and concerns. Embark on a journey of sound and this experience will guide you into the depths of your consciousness, so you can shed tension and emerge feeling lighter.

You are welcome to bring your own beverage or snack.
