Free Freedive Workshop

Get ready to dive into an epic night of learning and connecting! Scubabo Freedive team are running a FREE freedive workshop!

During this workshop we'll cover the basics of freediving, debunk some misconceptions, cover some safety aspects of freediving and we'll also talk about the amazing human/mammalian response that kicks in when we enter the water. Throughout the night we will provide valuable information to help you become a more comfortable freediver!

This event is open to anyone who's curious about freediving, whether you're a total newbie, a seasoned diver looking to level up, or just someone who wants to join our awesome community and take part in retreats, courses, training sessions and fun activities. Don't miss out – come hang with us and let's dive together!

We will spend the first hour providing interesting information and doing some hands-on activities, then we will have time to get to know everyone and learn more about your freediving goals!
