This workshop is aimed at Pacific NFP groups across Auckland or outside and those who work with Pasifika.

The workshop is designed for Tier 4 not-for-profit organisations (those with annual operating expenses under $140,000). We’ll be focusing on two practical aspects: maintaining an Excel cashbook and creating an annual report using the External Reporting Board’s template.

***NOTE***Participants should bring a laptop, but not having one won’t exclude you from attending. We’ll also be sending everyone who registers a link ahead of time to download the templates we’ll be using, so that you can have everything ready for the session.

The workshop will consist of two parts (both covered in the same workshop):

Part 1 will focus on how to maintain an excel cashbook.  That is, how to record bank transactions and classify them into the correct accounts.

Part 2 will focus on how to create an Annual Report using the template from the External Reporting Board for a Tier 4 qualifying organisation.
