Event description

Are you looking to improve your leadership, communication or digital skills?

Join us for an information session to learn how to access to a FREE course in the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program!

Polaron Connect, in collaboration with Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF), invites you to attend a free online information session to learn how you can upskill and work towards your future goals. This FREE program is designed to help you build confidence in essential skills that support employment and further training.

Participants who complete the course may have the opportunity to work with Polaron Connect on various in-demand projects as Community Connectors and sit to a NAATI Community Language Aid test free of charge. The Community Connector initiative is part of our strategy to enrich and upskill our communities, strengthening our relationships with the people we serve.

During this session, you will learn:

  • About the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program.

  • How improving your leadership, communication and digital skills can support your future goals.

  • What support is available through Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF), including guidance from Participant Support Officers.

  • Eligibility requirements and how to get started.

  • How the NAATI Community Language Aid test works.

  • How you can get involved in Polaron Connect projects.
