I’m Larissa, the heart and soul behind Original Breath. I am a 9D Breathwork facilitator, trauma-informed coach, with a foundation in nursing and holistic mental health.

My work is devoted to guiding people back to their authentic selves — uncovering the root causes of emotional and mental disharmony and transforming them into pathways of empowerment.

My mission is simple yet powerful: to help people win at life by truly understanding themselves — beyond the surface, beyond the struggle, and into the freedom of inner peace. I know this journey intimately, because I’ve walked it myself.

As a solo parent of four, I’ve navigated domestic violence, deep disconnection, financial hardship, and the weight of feeling unseen and unsupported.

I’ve also experienced the unique pressures of running a business the constant demands, decision-making, and high stress that can feel overwhelming.

These experiences did not define me — they refined me. They became the foundation of my strength and the wisdom I now carry into my work.

Every tool I share, I live.

Every practice I teach, I embody. I’m currently deepening my knowledge through Embodied Processing, continuing to evolve both personally and professionally, because healing is a lifelong journey of becoming.

Based in South East Queensland and also working online, I hold a space that is safe, empowering, and real.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded, offering not just theory but practices woven into everyday life.

The ocean is my sanctuary — where I return to myself, just as I guide others home to themselves. For me, this isn’t just a career. It’s a way of life.
