FREE monthly community MEDITATION
Event description
With more than 10 years as a mindfulness practitioner under my wings, I love to give back and bring awareness to the broader community. I have been holding free meditations for 6+ years in the Northern Beaches, and have now moved into town. No reason to stop the habit.
All levels are welcome. We sit for about 20 minutes of which I will gently guide you through the first few minutes. All styles are welcome. Yes, you can simply come and share your energy. You-Do-You, if you have your own practice and simply want to meet kindred spirits.
What qualifies me?
Professionally trained by Thai monks in the Koh Phangan mountains back in 2015. Since, I continued to expand in that field and made it my profession. Further titles include, but are not limited to, Dipl. Holistic Mindfulness Practitioner, Cert. Somatic Therapist, Cert. Yoga teacher.
