FREE Monthly Womens Community Walk with Nature Ritual

Women's Hike_Social: A free monthly community walk for women who like to hike, walk & adventure!

Have you been wanting to get more into hiking but don't know where to start? 

Are you a solo walker looking to make connections with likeminded women in the local area? 

Do you want to connect more with yourself, others and nature?

Hike_Social is a FREE community meet-up event held monthly for women who are looking for other women to hike with. 

The women who have previously attended these hikes usually have arrived solo and ranged from 35 yrs to 70 yrs young. These walks are very beginner friendly with the intention of exercising, meeting new friends and connecting with nature.

On the morning we will all get to know each other with some introductions, some heart warmers (icebreakers) and shake off the morning with some embodiment practices. We will then head off for an hour walk. During the walk there'll be an opportunity to connect using a series of conversation starters provided by the host. When we return we'll gather in circle for some sharing and chats. Option to head over to a nearby cafe for a much deserved coffee after the event! 

JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT HIKE_SOCIAL:
LOCATION: Tweed Coast (southern area), NSW (nestled on the coast half way between Burleigh Heads and Byron Bay)
TIME: Meet at 7.50am Start 8:00am-10:00am
THE WALK: We will be mainly road and beach walking for an hour total, meaning we will walk 30 minutes and then turn around and come back the same way. To limit the numbers of the group the exact location will only be provided upon booking your free ticket.

What to bring:
- min. 1 litre of water
- sun protection (hat, sunnies, sunscreen etc)
- wear good walking shoes

Note:
- this is a free hike and the host will be volunteering, please understand that you are responsible for yourself when you accept an invitation to join the event
- the host will monitor weather conditions and will only cancel the event if there is extreme weather. We will still walk in rain if safe to do so (it's part of the fun)
- please be responsible and aware of your physical and mental abilities and only choose to participate if it's right for you and your body if you need more information contact the host
