Each month will be an engaging and transformative Breathwork experience. 

Whether you're new to Breathwork or looking to support your existing practice, these sessions offer a welcoming space to connect with yourself and a community of like-minded individuals. Discover the art of conscious breathing and start your journey towards better health, mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.

Experience a unique hybrid Breathwork session, featuring three to five rounds of conscious connected breathing, followed by an integration phase using elements from Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

Explore practices that support expanded self-awareness and embodiment. This session is designed to:

  • Cultivate a habit of regular practice for deeper self-awareness and self-connection.
  • Learn self-regulating techniques for stress reduction, relaxation, and energy optimization.
