Facey Group, Node of the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub, founded by the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund, is excited to host our End-of-Year Highlights webinar series.

This second session will showcase a stellar line-up focused on water-use-efficiency practices with: 

  • Richard George, a senior research scientist with over 40 years of expertise in land and water sciences, leading major irrigated agriculture projects and pioneering desalinization and climate-resilient water supply initiatives to address dryland salinity across Western Australia.

  • Nik Callow, a recognized expert in hydrology, geomorphology, and GIS, and the research lead of the WaterSmartDams project, will share his expertise in dam optimization and catchment technologies designed to enhance runoff capture and water retention.
