Nothing like a cheeky Pavlova on a gorgeous summer’s day with your pick of toppings to reminisce the Aussie Christmas classic (or try something new if you’ve never had one before) and take a chance to enjoy the arguably most Australian dessert ever. (You heard that right Kiwis, we said Australian dessert.)
Just turn up onto the UC Concourse and line up to grab and top your Pavlova with all or none of our toppings offered, which we will continue serving until stock runs out. The Concourse is very accessible in the heart of the University in front of Building 1. We attempt to cover as many dietaries, especially Gluten Free and Vegan options, as we can at our food events, so please ask us if you have any concerns about possible allergens or dietary requirements.
The Social Intensity Scale for this is 1/5 as the only interaction you will have will be through the UCX Staff giving out the food. Though we encourage you to hang around and chat with friends, or maybe make some new ones.
We are always flexible and willing to work with our students so we want to hear from you if there are any accessibility requirements that will make it easier to attend our event!
