Oasis in Space takes you on a startling and beautiful Journey through our Solar System and beyond, in search of water and waterworlds like Earth. Incorporating decades of astronomical research and exploration. Including data from robotic explorers and observations from Earth.
Learn more about the Atmosphere, geology, history, and hydrology of the planets and their Major moons.
This Movie fits in nicely with aspects of the Australian Curriculum (version 9) for years 2 to 7, looking at planetary evolution, geology, chemistry, light & potential for life of the 8 major planets of our solar system and beyond.
Event information:
Each session is 30 minutes long.
This experience is best suited for children 5 to 17.
Parental supervision is required for children. Well-behaved children 10 and above do not require supervision.
Parents who will be supervising should book one space for themselves as well.
There are no pass-outs, so please ensure your children have used the bathroom before their session. If they leave, they will not be able to come back in.
As this is a free event, please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend, to ensure that you don't hold a spot that someone else needs.
