Free Post-School Transitions Workshop for Teachers, Education Staff, Parents and Carers 2026
Description
Post-school transition planning for students with disabilities involves students, parents and carers, teachers, and other education staff.
Join us on to learn about best practice for post school transition planning, your role in the process, and ways to enhance the ‘One Plan’ process. This free professional development workshop is aimed at all education staff working in Years 9 to 12, and parents and carers of students in those years.
This workshop will be held online from 4pm-6pm (ACST), on:
Monday 21st September 2026 (with a live captioner)
Wednesday 18th November 2026
