Experience a 40-minute sound bath with Jo from Boho Buddha Wellbeing!  Winner of an award for her 'Salt Cave Sound Immersions' at this year's Adelaide Fringe, join her in this experience as you sit or lay back and allow the magical sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums and gongs take you on a journey, as you fall into a lower state of consciousness, naturally shifting your body into deep relaxation.
