Join us for the third session in our Seasonal Sound Series - a deeply nurturing sound bath focused on Inner Child Healing.

💛 About the Session

This month, we gently turn inward to reconnect with the child within - the part of us that once felt pure joy, expressed emotions freely and lived without fear. Whether that inner child feels distant or quietly hidden, this sound bath offers a safe and soothing space to rediscover them.

Let the healing tones of:

🎶 Crystal singing bowls

🎶 Tibetan singing bowls

🎶 Frame drum, gong, chimes & more

… guide you into stillness, memory and release. I’ll support your journey through gentle reflection and sound, helping you reconnect with the curious, creative and carefree version of yourself.

💫 Why Inner Child Healing?

Following our previous sessions on Deep Relaxation and Connection with Nature, this third offering invites you to:

• Release emotional patterns rooted in early experiences

• Awaken creative and playful energy

• Soothe parts of yourself long unheard or unseen

• Restore a sense of inner safety, trust, and joy

Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more in tune with who you truly are.

• Comfortable clothing

• Water bottle

• A sense of openness and curiosity

• Family or friends who’d enjoy a mindful Saturday pause

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been with us before, everyone is welcome.

• Yoga mats

• Eye pillows

• A small piece of dark chocolate to ground you at the end

• Doors open between 3:50 PM and 4:00 PM - please arrive early to settle in

• The session begins promptly at 4:00 PM

• Limited spaces - please RSVP to reserve your place

This is a community-based session offered as part of my diploma training with the Sound Healing Academy. Your presence and feedback are sincerely valued.

📍 About the Venue

Rochedale Community Hall is one of 26 Brisbane City Council-managed halls, offering:

• Air conditioning

• Accessible toilets

• Ample street parking

• A microwave and fridge (for light meals)

• Sink and hot water boiler (feel free to refill your bottle)

👤 About the Facilitator

Roger (Yuanyuan) – Morestuff Sound Healing

• Member of IICT (International Institute for Complementary Therapists)

• Graduate of the Sound Healing Academy Level 1 Foundation Course

• Currently completing Level 2 Diploma in Sound Healing

• Trained in-person by experienced practitioners and teachers

• Practices the Academy’s 10-step integral sound healing approach for deep, transformative experiences
