NOTE: this is a free workshop, and is intended for community groups based in or serving South Auckland.

Purpose of the workshop 

This workshop supports community organisations to explore sustainable ways to generate income and strengthen long‑term resilience. We'll look at social enterprise as a business model - what it is, and where to start. Sharing tools and resources built from a kaupapa lens. Come along to hear more about pathways to financial sustainability, and to workshop your ideas together.

What participants will come away with

  • An overview of the shift in the funding landscape towards social enterprise - and what it means for your organisation

  • The tools and resources to start or reimagine your organisation for financial sustainability 

  • Ideas and templates for creating new offerings and partnerships 

Who this workshop is for:

  • This workshop is for Pacific community organisations, emerging groups, informal or non-legal organisations, and small organisations across South Auckland.

  • Workshop content, including presentations and discussions, remains the intellectual property of the presenter and/or ANCAD.
