FREE Sweat Stretch Connect at Balmoral Beach

Join us for a FREE sunrise social with the Mosman community at Balmoral Beach! This event is free and open to everyone, members or not. Orangetheory Mosman is teaming up with RestoreWithSyl for a morning of movement, connection and good vibes.

Sweat it out with Coach Demi through a bodyweight workout, then wind down with a feel good stretch and some myofascial release. All fitness levels welcome.

All you need to bring is yourself, a friend and your mat. Fresh air, sunrise and community, is there a better way to start the month?
