Unlock the Full Potential of Your EBSCO Resources: Exclusive Training for Australian Traditional Medicine Society Members

Join us for an exclusive in-depth EBSCO training session tailored specifically for members of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). In this session, we’ll guide you through the powerful resources available through your membership, focusing on how to effectively use EBSCOhost Research Databases to conduct targeted, efficient searches.

During the session, we’ll cover advanced search techniques to help you find exactly what you need, including:

  • Boolean Searching
  • Wildcards
  • Proximity Searching
  • MeSH Headings and CINAHL Subject Headings

We’ll also highlight the vast range of publications accessible via your EBSCO subscription, including peer-reviewed journal articles, eBooks, medical images, diagrams, and instructional videos.

Additionally, we’ll dive into Consumer Health Complete, a database featuring a wealth of consumer health pamphlets and leaflets from trusted organizations like the National Institute of Health. You'll also find drug information, Merriam-Webster's Medical Desk Dictionary, and content for teens and their parents, covering a wide array of health topics— from smoking and sexting to managing stress and coping with family changes.

Lastly, we’ll show you how to access ongoing support and assistance to ensure you get the most from your EBSCO resources.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enhance your practice with cutting-edge research tools and support!
