About the event

It’s the best time to be a Creative Leader. While the market is disrupted by AI, unstable economies and overall uncertainty about the future, companies need Creative Leadership more than ever. Business challenges of today can not be solved with traditional structures. They require imagination, creativity and different approaches to problem-solving.

This is why we are so excited to invite Rama Gheerawo, author of ‘Creative Leadership: How to build a 21st Century organisation', published by Penguin, to learn why the success of future businesses relies on mastering three key principles: creativity, clarity and empathy.

Rama will share how to design organisations through a creative approach and provide a success blueprint that works for companies of all sizes – from small businesses to global corporations.

You will learn:

  1. What Creative Leadership is and why it is important
  2. 3 Values of Creative Leadership
  3. Examples of where it happens and what happens when it is not there
