Join me on Wednesdays for a free, live, online mini meditation session.
Each week we explore either Mindfulness, Mudras, or Pranayama, along with a Meditation.
Every Wednesday at 12.30pm – AEST
- Suitable for EVERYONE
- Meditation is a great way to recharge the batteries during the day
- Meditation promotes clarity of thought
- Meditation increases productivity and creativity
- This practice can be done in a seated position, either in a chair or on the floor, or laying down if sitting is difficult
- Participate from home, at work, or go and sit in the park
- Looking forward to seeing you there.
The Meditation runs for 25 minutes, from 12.30 - 12.55pm.
Currently these free weekly classes run until the end of June 2021.
Book into one, or all of them. The Zoom link remains the same each week. Booking into one session only means you can still join all of the other sessions via Zoom without needing to book in each time :)
