Event description

Come and join me for a intimate Free Winter Solstice community yoga class by the beach.

All levels welcome.

We will gather for a slow flow practice and a circle ceremony to share and give thanks to the auspicious energies of the cosmos. Winter Solstice ☀️ and New Moon 🌑. The return of the Light.

About @yoursoulknows_ Francisca is a holistic therapist, energy healing practitioner and health coach passionate about psychosomatic health, earth honouring spirituality and ancestral ways of healing. She is also an experienced yoga and meditation teacher delivering classes in different wellness studios in Sydney as well as a Circle, Ceremony and Ritual facilitator.
