About the workshop
Life in a new country brings a lot of new things — some exciting, some tricky. Come along to a warm, friendly space where you can learn, share, and take care of yourself alongside others who understand.
Chung Nguyen from Asian Family Services will lead the workshop, sharing simple ways to understand stress and showing you where to turn for support when you need it.
Co-hosted by Pavithra Shetty, founder of the Migrant Women's Social Group (MWSG) and co-lead of the Women's Wellbeing Project.
This will be a free, fun and interactive 1.5-hour session, with time afterwards to relax, ask questions, and get to know one another. Chung will also send you home with resources to keep.
Come along, feel good, and connect with others.
