Good Food Emporium's 7th birthday celebration starts here!

Join in for a FREE all experience levels, all ages Yoga class on Saturday 3rd in the cafe.

Stay afterwards for an optional coffee, breakfast and the rest of the birthday festivities.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner you can expect a gentle flow sequence that nourishes the body, calms the mind and restores you for your weekend.

It's the perfect way to start Good Emporium's Spring Birthday Carnival.

Held at the beautiful Illume Cafe & Bakery, located inside Good Food Emporium — Narre Warren’s renowned wholefood grocer.

7:45am – 8:45am | Yoga
8:45am - 9am | Coffee & breakfast (optional, not included in ticket)
9am - Good Food Emporium opens its doors to it's 7th birthday party.
The celebrations includes food trucks, live music, goodie bags, giveaways, face painting, tastings from their most-loved brands and more!

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for the yoga class, as we will begin promptly at 7:45am.

Have your ticket ready for a smooth check-in.

Please make sure you have reviewed and agreed to the waiver before attending and let the host Bree know if you are pregnant or suffering from any injuries.

There is plenty of parking in the lifestyle centre carpark off Narre Warren - Cranbourne Rd.
