Attend all 9 x weekly classes or any number you'd like to attend.

Please bring along your yoga mat or towel to practice on.

Optional byo;
* perhaps a ground sheet / tarp if the ground is damp / cool
* a light covering during relaxation, perhaps, a scarf, throw, socks
* eye pillow to assist with relaxation
* sun protection
* insect repellent if required
* water bottle
* friends family, neighbours, colleagues

All welcome.

Meet near the playground, in the shade of the trees, adjacent to the coffee cart.

Car parking near the Mowbray Park City Cat/Ferry Terminal.
