Join us for a free evening of yoga in an introductory class with Michelle Freeman at the Nambour Yoga Centre.

This class is for those interested in embarking on a yoga teacher training course to offer an opportunity to experience yoga with us in an intimate setting and to learn more about our upcoming 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program.

In this 75 minute session, we will explore the joy, clarity and fulfilment that yoga can bring into one's life through practice with a Prana Flow, simple guided meditation and a brief discussion on the path of yoga.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions for those curious about the teacher training pathway and light refreshments will be offered.

No yoga experience is necessary to attend.
