BOOKINGS OPEN TUESDAYS 5:30PM EACH WEEK (ie 24 hours before class) and CLOSE WEDNESDAYS 4:30PM.
WAITLIST AVAILABLE: If the class is fully booked, add yourself to the WAITLIST and you will be notified if/when any spaces become available.
BOOK A FRIEND/PARTNER: You can book for yourself plus one other attendee (online bookings only). You will need to provide the second attendee's full name and mobile number.
CLASS UPDATES: All bookings will receive class updates moving forward, which you can UNSUBSCRIBE from at any time.
CAN'T MAKE THE CLASS? If you can no longer make the class, please CANCEL your booking (from your booking confirmation email) to make your spot available to the waitlist.

=== ABOUT THIS CLASS ===

ZUMBA GOLD FITNESS is a fun and simple dance-fitness workout with low-impact, moderate-intensity and easy-to-follow moves to zesty Latin and spicy Indian music.
This activity is funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active & Healthy Program.

Fun, simple, low impact, moderate intensity, great music, good vibes!
Ideal for active older adults and low fitness participants.
All ages, shapes and fitness levels welcome.

=== CLASS SCHEDULE ===

Wednesdays 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Sunnybank Community Centre
From 29 January to 4 June 2025, excluding 9 April and 16 April 2025
Classes are not held during school holidays nor on public holidays.

=== HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CLASS ===

Please arrive on time. If the class has started (ie music is playing), please WAIT IN THE KITCHEN until the current song has ended, then quickly find a spot in the hall.
DO NOT walk through the class when people are moving to ensure nobody bumps into each other.

=== WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING ===

Wear your exercise clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle.
Optional: Bring a small towel to wipe your sweat.
Optional: Bring light handweights up to 1kg each for the Toning section.
