FREEDANCE MANIFESTO:
FREEDANCE is an embodied exploration of expression, emotion and energy, inspired by an eclectic range of music.
FREEDANCE is an opportunity to practice and experience freedom through dance: freedom from limiting patterns of moving, breathing, thinking, feeling, doing and being.
FREEDANCE is driven by a diverse range of music,to inspire a diverse range of movement.

4-4:15 Doors Open and Acknowledment of Country
4:15-4:30 Drop-In and Warm-up
4:30-5:45 FREEDANCE
5:45-6 Closing and Sharing Circle
Come prepared to move, wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and sweat towel (if you need one).
Prepaid tickets only, sales close 2pm on the day unless previously sold out. No refunds.
FREEDANCE is now running on the last Saturday of every month for 2025 at Jungle City, 4-6pm.
Jungle City is 70m from Preston Station and is easily accessible by bike, public transport, motorcycle and car. There is parking at Preston Station and Preston Market, please be aware of ticket/time restrictions.
Access is through the door at the rear of 350 Murray Rd (the Bodyweight Brigade), enter through the door and go up the stairs. Shoes and phones off please.
FREEDANCE is held on the sacred country of the Wurundjeri-Woi Wurrung of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of this land who have never ceded their sovereignty. We acknowledge their ancestors, past, present and future. Always was always will be.
