Freedance
Event description
A Freedance journey for your body, emotions, mind and spirit.
We all can relate to the feelings of stress, worry, and fear in so many ways and levels. The how and why really comes from so many avenues, directions, experiences and choices. If you're looking for a safe space to be and sense your body, emotions, mind and spirit altogether, build awareness, observation, and give the freedom to choose how you navigate life's wisdom, Join Melinda for the ride in a one hour FreeDance experience that gives you an opportunity to be with YOU and move, dance, explore and express.
Let's start 2025 with a vision quest. After our dance, we'll delve onto the floor for some movement meditation, setting your vision for 2025 and with an open heart and mind to the possibilities and curiosity of what is ahead and leaving it to the Creator (whatever that means for you) to process and to present it to you in ways you may not be able to comprehend. Trust the process, for your frequency is here to radiate with love and find it's purpose.
