Through the gentle yet deeply transformative practice of Chakradance®, you are invited to nurture your emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing in a way that feels intuitive, embodied, and deeply personal.

Within each of us are seven major chakras — energy centres that influence every aspect of our lives. While these chakras exist within the body, their energy extends far beyond the physical, shaping how we feel, relate, express ourselves, and move through the world.

When our chakra system is balanced and flowing harmoniously, we feel more grounded, connected, empowered, and aligned with our true self.

Each chakra carries its own unique wisdom and supports different aspects of our healing journey:

Base Chakra — grounding, safety, ancestry, instincts, and belonging. Connected with the bones, legs, feet, and our sense of stability.

Sacral Chakra — emotions, sensuality, creativity, pleasure, and relationships. Connected with the reproductive system and emotional flow.

Solar Plexus Chakra — personal power, confidence, self-worth, motivation, and inner strength. Connected with the digestive system and vitality.

Heart Chakra — love, compassion, forgiveness, connection, and emotional healing. Connected with the heart, lungs, and our ability to give and receive love.

Throat Chakra — communication, truth, self-expression, creativity, and authentic voice. Connected with the throat, ears, nose, and mouth.

Third Eye Chakra — intuition, imagination, insight, inner vision, and spiritual awareness. Connected with the eyes and subconscious mind.

Crown Chakra — higher consciousness, spirituality, divine connection, and expanded awareness. Connected with the brain and nervous system.

As we consciously work with the chakras through movement, music, meditation, and creative expression, we begin to shift stagnant energy, release old patterns, and reconnect with the wisdom already held within us.

When our energy changes, our lives begin to change too. We often find ourselves feeling more aligned, more present, and more open to new opportunities, deeper relationships, greater clarity, and a stronger sense of purpose.

In this workshop, you will be gently guided on a journey through all seven chakras, awakening the body’s natural capacity for healing, balance, and transformation.

In Chakradance®, we dance barefoot and with eyes gently covered using darkness or eye masks, allowing you to turn inward and connect more deeply with your inner world and the wisdom of your body.

Each session includes:

✨ Paper and soft pastels for the mandala art process

Our gatherings will be held in Conny's Sacred Space — a nurturing and sacred space to move, release, reflect, and reconnect.
